PT. Hartono Wira Tanik (HWT)is a gold jewelry manufacturer based in Surabaya, Indonesia. Located in SIER (Surabaya Industrial Estate Rungkut), the company was incorporated in 1988. Founded by Mr. Heru Budihartono more than 35 years ago, HWT is one of the major players in the Indonesian jewelry market.

HWT started as a home industry producing gold chains for the local market. The first company in Indonesia to import Italian chain machines, HWT had an early start in the Indonesian jewelry market with its focus on quality. The company is also the first to export gold jewelry in 1992, further establishing its position in the market. Currently the company exports its products to many established jewelry markets in worl, such as UAE, the USA, hong Kong, and Singapore.

The company makes many types of products, backed by modern Italian machines and techniques. Employing more than one thousand skilled workers, the company produces a complete range of jewelry products, from solid chains, hollow chains, all kinds of variations chains (earrings, bracelets, and anklets), casting products and stamping products.

HWT became another pioneer in 2006 when it launched its PLG products. An all-new white alloy metal mixed from gold and metals from PGM (Platinum Group Metals), the patent-pending product is the answer for today's high gold price. Combining affordability and design without sacrificing quality, PLG has proved to be a hit in the Indonesian market, with outlets in many major cities in Indonesia.
